painting the mural...whatever color you fancy

In 2022 I was hired to assist Rochester artist and business owner Cassandra Buck to paint a mural on the outside of a restroom in Kutzky Park.

I came away with paint all over my hands AND a swanky new stop on my walks/bike rides around my current neighborhood.

Wasn’t lost on me that I got to spend the day after news broke that Roe v. Wade was being overturned painting a restroom. Art doesn’t fix my problems but it does give me something productive to do when I’m full of rage.
